"Typically ok, but today I did not feel they came through for the customer due to an error at the store. I'd like someone to contact me. ISSUE: I bought a Union security safe, which had a label on the shelf of 21.99, but it scanned at 24.99. ($3 difference) I also used a 15% off coupon but the total felt wrong. I mentioned the issue and the employees saw and understood the problem. However, they stated they would not give me the difference, b/c I had used a coupon. They provided an 844 number that has nothing to do with the issue. Pleas someone explain that one?"

"Im writing this review for a neighbor. She purchased a sump pump which doesn't work at all. It doesn't even turn on. Instructions say place it in water / location where it needs to be and then turn on. The manager said it cant be returned once wet. Makes no sense it was literally 15 min after purchase. They said call or email and get a gift card. WHO in their right mind would buy anything else from them when they have a policy like this. Its basically once you buy it, you are screwed. Its an unfair practice."

"Love Harbor Freight and this one is the closest to my house but…the 90 days return policy, with receipt seems to be a problem at this location - I should have done what the guy in the review video of the brake bleeder did-thrown it in the garbage at home, after it didn’t work for him. I decided to take it back, while shopping for a drill. The cashier told me she could not take it back because it was used, I said no problem, just throw it in the garbage, and continued shipping. When I got home I said to myself what if the drill and everything else I bought there is not returnable(if it doesn’t work)? So I called costumer service, gave them all the information about the bleeder and they told me it is absolutely returnable!!! Oh, well it is somewhere in the garbage, it is only $25 but it is the principle of the matter. As for me, I will continue using my membership at the Berlin store."

"I have been to a number of Harbor Freight stores over the years, and I have to say, this location is simply amazing. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help customers. I just bought a 56” roller cabinet on sale, and my wife had to make the purchase because I was in the hospital (but one still can’t miss a sale!) so she went and expected to order it. It turned out they had one in stock and held it until I was able to pick it up. Upon pickup, the management loaded it into the trailer and made sure to position it for easy unloading, as I’m currently unable to lift anything with my right arm. I go here often on my lunch break when I need a break from the office… to the crew, thanks for being awesome!"
